One of the best restaurants in town is getting into the barbecue game for a night. Bryce Gilmore and his crew at Barley Swine, along with Odd Duck co-chef and partner Mark Buley, are hosting a barbecue pop-up at their restaurant at 6555 Burnet Rd. on September 11. The meal will cost $45 per person and includes platters of smoked meat, sides and desserts while supplies last. The dinner starts at 5 p.m. and Barley Swine is not taking reservations.
