The Luck Reunion returns during South by Southwest, and as with the past two years of the event at known as the Heartbreaker Banquet, the day of music at Willie Nelson’s property in Spicewood will be preceded by a dinner on March 15. The proceeds will benefit Wholesome Wave, an organization that works to increase affordable access to healthy food for members of underserved communities.

Celebrity chefs Scott Conant and Dean Fearing will return for the Chef’s Pot Luck dinner. The family-style meal will be prepared by a collection of local talent curated by Ben Runkle of Salt & Time. The roster of chefs include Bryce Gilmore (Barley Swine), David Bull (Second Bar + Kitchen), Andrew Wiseheart (Contigo), and Alma Alcocer-Thomas (El Alma). Tickets start at $325 and can be purchased on the Luck Reunion website. The Red Headed Stranger performs a set following the dinner.

The big day of music at the Luck Reunion on March 16 will include performances by Margot Price, Conor Oberst, M. Ward, Nelson and many more.
